I’d been having hvac issues for months and my system and ductwork was a nightmare gift from the previous owners. Josh was quick to consult, answer the phone, and provide quotes. Other companies took weeks and some didn’t even call back. He even paid to renew software to give me a more accurate solution. Shoutout to Edgar, Enrique, Johnathan, and Tha who worked through the rain, ripped out and replaced the duct issues, and kept things clean and professional. Our tech, Terry, did an awesome job, was professional, courteous, competent, and kind (& compassionate know we had little ones in the home). This is his second time coming out to our home in about 2 years. We lost A/C the first time due to leaks & we lost heat this time due to a switch needing to be replaced. He got to our house first thing in the morning, after we made an emergency night call, and he had our heat back up & working in less than 2 hrs.
